Let’s not forget anxiety. It’s HELLISH. I suffer from generalized anxiety disorder. I take Celexa and it helps with the symptoms. But it doesn’t always work with outside, sudden stimuli. Jesus has to rush in for me to fill the gap where I run into a shock or when something triggers my panic. You’re not “nuts”. You‘be been hurt. I don’t care how strong you are or how long you’ve been a Christian, you need Jesus EVERY DAY because he’s the only one who can reach you when it feels like you’ve hit a wall of panic. Praise you, Yeshua.

I literally cried through this entire video
My whole life I've dealt with depression and anxiety I've always felt a self-loathing. I've had a poor self-image my whole life almost like I felt like I was paying for something I did in a past life or something I didn't know I did. This video particular has touched my heart and I thank the Lord for bringing it before me. The world can take all the things that I have a value nothing physical in this world. Just leave me my Lord Jesus Christ
