they thought he was the guy ripping off houses…fit the description…the key is after 3 times of asking him to stop, calling the police Mr Arbery attacked the guy with the gun…punching him and trying to take his gun…thats what got him shot…this is no 1st degree murder death penalty case, that is utterly ridiculous…but it is a case of manslaughter ….this is exactly like the Trayvon Martin case…both clearly in the end were the attackers…proven out by video….if a man pulls a gun on you and tells you to stop and wait for the cops…stop and wait.

Trouble is he wasn't out jogging he was out robbing and when he got caught in someone's else's house he started grabbing guns and punching people… what do you think's going to happen
That isn't the law and it also isn't vigilanteism. It was murder
