The mayor of New Orleans, Latoya Cantrell, is a female, person of color, democrat, and "civil rights advocate" who was originally from Los Angeles. Please correct your male "Southern Accent", assumptions of racism, and then please examine her level of corruption that includes leaving at least two corpses in a collapsed building (Hard Rock Hotel) for over six months now and who's legs are still visible from the street in the Quarter. And, so it goes….
How is this slavery if they are getting payed and could also double as rehabilitation? They also get 3 meals a day good housing and great medical?
You left out the prisoners sign up to do the work.
Can you legally force prisoners to do manual labor?
