Use your brain joe stop acting stupid. If the government wanted to protect our grids from attacks they would have military guarding them . Open boarders and thousands of pounds of bomb making materials are missing
A lot of people had bomb shelters in the 1950's. People were concerned during the cold war. This isnt the first time

this makes for a interesting discussion; we (not all) watch a lot of youtube programing where leading scientist are sharing their opinion on possible future tech, science, and everything everyone in their circles are working on. And in some cases they are not very thrilled with some political and the funding of scientific agendas that they see as not rewarding society, but yet, the nuclear bomb is a direct result of a lot of them competing for interpreting science that deep down they knew as to what it amounts to. So it all sounds as if, tomorrow they find a way to explode bigger things that for example could create an artificial sun etc, it could easily be weaponized again to the detriment of humans. Makes you wonder why we need these leaps in science if all it gets us is a killing effect on the planet and us
