I watched some of "Whitney", and it was just so painfully bad. Even the premise, as she describes it, would be a terrible show no one would want. Whitney plays someone who has been divorced, 3 times, and Chris D'Elia is in the role of the supposed, motorcycle riding….sexiest man you've laid eyes on.
Though I may be miss remembering his character, since after Whitney, they did basically shove his character into "The Undate-ables". A show about a bunch of loser guys who couldn't buy a date, and then Chris D'Elia who would be f××king chicks every night, but hangs out exclusively with the goober-patrol & attempt to teach them how to talk to gUrLz.
But I digress, her saying Whitney was loved, is hilarious.
She is just not funny. She was successful because she was hot. Like Chelsea Handler or Sarah Silverman. One they get old, they lose all their previous support. Now, Joan Rivers is funny. Amy Schumer is not, which is baffling because all the success she had not being funny.
