People are cunts. But fact is, Tony Ferguson has never tapped. Has never got put unconscious. Has never been broken. Tonys last three fights have been absolutely brutal. Tony wouldve easily finished that 5th round vs Gaethje if herb didnt stop it. Wasnt a bad stop. Im happy he did but tony is such a fucking savage. Hes been fighting in the golden era of lightweight. The babe ruth era of 155. Tonys been in the ufc for a decade. Fought anybody and everybody. His losses to me are more impressive than his past few wins. Dude gets his arm almost ripped off his body vs the best pound for pound ju jitsu artist on the planet in charles oliveria and doesnt even flinch or consider tapping.. The arm bar was deeper then jenna jamesons anal cavity, and charles had it locked for 12 seconds before the round ended. Tony went on and fought the last 2 rounds of the fight with his lead arm hanging on by a string and when he losses he doesnt make excuses. Just said Charles was a wet blanket which smothered tonys offense. Even tho tonys real issue was he was fighting with one arm vs the current day #1 on the planet and undisputed ufc lightweight champ. I think if tony finds a way to get a rematch vs charlie olives and doesnt get his arm snapped tony absolutely can give olives a run for his money with 5 rounds Instead of 2. Tony is the lightweight goat for me. Idgaf. Hes a true gladiator. Present day tony could easily sit out and demand to fight conor next and finally get paid properly but instead he challenges A mini justin gaethje in micheal chandler just because tony thinks its bullshit chandler got an undisputed title shot on his 2nd ufc fight. Tony went undefeated for 8 years in the ufc before he lost. Has fought every true tough guy. Khabibs fought 4 or 5 good guys. Whereas tonys only fought savages since the ultimate fighter.
