I have found out saunas are amazing today so joe is right
I wonder if the sauna has a great affect on fascia, which makes recovery easier
I am considering buying a portable sauna — while I love to get high-quality tech, I feel like as long as I get ample temp, ample efficiency, etc. I like the cost-effective method AND I travel for a living — this would render a big one useless for me. My question is between dry/wet saunas as well as what everyone's opinion is on portable saunas.
Let me reiterate, I get the beauty and fulfillment a nice analog sauna brings and purists will poopoo on the cheaper options. I love my high-quality stuff, but I feel in this case steam, temp, enclosure, and functionality isn't terribly hard to replicate. I like the idea of being able to use it nearly everywhere I go, so the question is: Do these work well? Is there a difference between dry or wet steam? I also like the ability to pop my head out in the case I just so happen not to feel well or need to zoom for work 😉
I love that he does hot yoga. It is the hardest exercise you can do. If you don’t believe it then try it. You will crawl out.
