If you check where they calculated that island of stabillity… isotopes they produced of 115 are having lower neutron count then whats needed to be in the middle of the island of stability. Thats why those isotopes fall apart quickly… If they will try make 115 with more neutrons there is a chance for stable particle to be produced…. The issue here is that to produce 115 with more neutrons… You need more exotic isotopes of those smaller atoms. And often producing enough amount of those to make stable 115 might be just extremaly expensive…. If aliens produce 115 it means they have some stuctures the size of solar system or they figured out some smart ways to make it cheaply…… Its like they put a lot of energy into barely stable 115 to be easily able to make it fall apart and produce energy back…. 115 is just like a battery of immense amount of energy.
