I don't understand how decaying bone could grow back unless the dentist lied on the initial visit or there wad some discrepancy with her actually having cavities to start with
Make sure to check ingredients.. I have only found pür brand to have only xylitol as the sweetener. The others have aspartame and sucralose and both of those are major bad for us
Xylitol is awesome, I love something that basically poisons bad bacteria in your mouth.
I've been addicted to Mentos Gum for a few years now. Thanks for helping ease my guilt about it. 😁
So the Xylitol probably reduced the bad bacteria to good levels, the constant chewing introduces more minerals into the mouth through saliva and helps remineralise the teeth. The sauteed Kale is high in K1 which your microbiome can break down and turn into K2, which helps with transporting calcium into the bones.
Things she didn't mention but are also important for teeth are Vitamin A, Vitamin D and Magnesium.
