2 Esdras 7 28-32
28 The raptured are in the Father's house (400 years is not right)
29 The anointed one will die after 62 sabbath weeks have past. There is a sabbath week every year. This is not Jesus. It is the man child of Rev 12:5 and Isaiah 66:7 and his anointed one Rev 11:15.
30 This creation ends
31 After 7 days the new creation comes into being the corruptible (this creation) has come to an end.
32 The dead will be resurrected out of the dust of the dissolved earth and placed onto the new earth.

Revelation 16:1-11 happens on the new earth. Revelation 16:12-21 is the 7th seal followed by the 6th seal. "Revelation 16:20 And every island fled away, and the mountains were not found" corresponds to.
Revelation 6:13 And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind.
Revelation 6:14 And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.
Isaiah 34:4 And all the host of heaven shall be dissolved, and the heavens shall be rolled together as a scroll: and all their host shall fall down, as the leaf falleth off from the vine, and as a falling fig from the fig tree.
