Any true civilized, intelligent being wouldn't be concerned with violence. They wouldn't attack but would most likely use us to do whatever it is they'd need us to do and we probably wouldn't even know it.
I think that aliens live in the water it’s best place to be undetected 90% of the ocean is undiscovered. I believe when they enter the water they go past the center core and come up threw there ocean two worlds in one just upside down from the other.
