I “woke up” in 2017, I think. I was searching for a church that didn’t preach the trinity. I was 6 when I asked my “son-day” school teacher how it was possible for Yahshua (Jesus is what I used back then.) to be on the cross and praying to himself in Heaven at the same time. It was 1961and I am sure it was the Raush speaking thru me, not me at 6, LOL. As I got older, the doubt about it stayed with me. How could our Father die here on Earth when he is eternal? If it was the Father and not His son, then how could his “death” and blood, which could not be because he is forever cleanse us and free us from sin? I really didn’t understand and the web allowed me to finally look and see if others had this problem. I was shocked but so very happy. I know you don’t seem to follow YRM but they are very welcoming and taught me a lot. They have followed the sacred names for a very long time even tho they use Yahweh/Yahshua and you use different ones, I think we all try but since we have 4 letters, no vowels we do our best. I never realized how much we all had been lied to. I was lucky tho because I knew right away that following the Torah was right, I just didn’t know how. My husband of 46 years does not share my excitement tho. I am following the food, the Sabbath and the 10 commandments and trying to learn what I can by following different teachings on line. Yahweh’s Restoration Ministry has a streaming service on the Sabbath which I enjoy, we sing, have a Torah reading and then one of the Elders does a teaching. Everyone can participate and add to the meeting if they would like. It’s awesome to spend the Sabbath with others, even if I am just on chat. I would not say anything bad about another group so I hope this doesn’t sound like I am judging them but I just don’t enjoy the Rood ministry as much because it reminds me of a typical “revival” type. They seem to always ask for money and have a gift for you if you send it. I would rather send money when I can and have them sell the gift and toss it in the basket. I would like to thank you so very much. You have made me think and taught me a lot. Thank you. I haven’t been able to attend a feast and I want to so bad. I am praying my hubby joins me and then we can both come. Thanks again!
