Is David Icke a Conspiracy theorist? : Yes
Are all his claims false and Baseless : No
At the very least he was right about the Propaganda behind Covid-19, the overhype and fear mongering by Mass media, the forged death numbers and certificates, Shadowing of any views that's different from the WHO, Reclassification of the reason of deaths etc. I never heard about David icke before this Plandemic, and I'm glad i got to know him at the very right moment in time.

Joe- first about David Iche + the reptilians- I read a very serious article about the singer Adele who, after the last show of her tour, met top members of her fan club + morphed into a 7 ft reptilian being!
She then cried, told the fans not to be scared, + explained she had not mastered controlling when she would morph.
