I'm not siding with twitter, for what he said there was absolutely nothing wrong and he shouldn't have ever been banned for that.. That being said it is a private business and they can ban anyone they want for any reason or no reason if they want, ti's why they have Terms of Service. They're providing you with a free service, and are allowed to censor anything they want on it, if you don't like it make your own Twitter. The first amendment doesn't protect you from saying whatever you want anywhere you want, it prevents the government from censoring you, it says nothing about companies. Companies are allowed to police the speech all they want, Walmart could decide to kick out anyone using the word Sugar, they wouldn't because it would be bad for business but they're allowed. it's a private business you're on their property. While the malls walkways may be used for protests, etc you can't go into the stores and do the same so that's kind of a moot point.
Chris Delia vibe from this fella
And this dude is ready to vote for the same people who banned him. But why not…he needs a sequel…right?
This dude done fell off the deep end smh
People still vote Democrat and it's insane.
