The sudden changes in atmospheric pressure may have literally killed off Nephilim. Yah changed the playground.
The tallest Land Creature today is the Giraffe at 17ft. Why? Vertical Pressure. So the world was completely different before the Flood! Now the Nephilim can't grow/live like they did. The Flood & the permanent changes to the Earth prohibit it.
Concerning the first Question, look at the Time involved (few do). Adam lived 930 years. 126 years after Noah is born, 600 years before the Flood. We can't imagine what such lifespans were capable of achieving.

you have to willfully have your head in the sand regarding cosmology, there's absolutely nothing in scripture that supports heliocentrism, and everything supports a geocentric stationary realm… lets be honest I think Gary sits on the fence because a lot of his fans are vehement globe cult zealots and it would be bad for business to have to deal with the fallout from these pushers of the globe delusion… also serpent seed is plainly stated in Gen 3; 15 the Almighty clearly makes referance to 2 seedlines …. again head in the sand, or possibly don't want to get off the fence because so many of his supporters have been conditioned by the mainstream to regard as heresy … my 2 main contentions with Garys work, other than that he's done some great research , and his book the Genesis 6 conspiracy is excellent!
