Faith, hope, and love are abstract ideas in the minds of men. You cannot pull faith, hope, or love out of your pocket and put it on a table to compare it to an others faith, hope, or love. An abstract idea in the minds of men requires allows contradictions that do not need to be reconciled as they are out of sight and out of mind because they are only in the mind. Just sayn'.
Adam… I just watched the video that Nathan put up. His intentions will back fire. If what was said is true, then yes, you stepping down is the right thing to do. Whoever Karen is, needs to go to the police and report everything that has happened to her and her kids! She has failed to protect her children from her family. She has failed to protect other children that have been left in her care at times. The congregation should have been informed as soon as you were made aware, so people could take the proper care they felt was needed. She also should have not been allowed to stay until at least she reported it all to the police. Nathan is right about kids go on to be offenders themselves, its an evil cycle that takes strength to stop it. Protecting the congregation should have been top priority, specially with the children. I understand hes a child of only 8 years old but there is more going on in that family you are not being told about! He is a victim but also now a victimizer. I do believe people can be born evil but they also can be made evil, and without the right help, he will continue in this evil. I hope Karen is no longer apart of your life personally! I will pray for you and what I should do. Right now I am mixed with emotions and not sure where I want to go with this knowledge. I do think you need to address this with the people that follow you on this channel. Now that video is out there and gaining traction, you need to address it! Hiding behind the camera will only hurt you and this channel more once everyone finds out. Tell the whole story and leave nothing out. Including what Karen has done to protect her children and herself from her family! Yes you handle it wrong, so now make it right.
