This is old so I don’t know that anyone will see this question. But I found this interesting. But one passage that always bothers me and I wish would be explained is the one where it says if a single woman gets raped in town they both get stoned because she could have screamed for help and didn’t. If she gets raped outside of town the rapist has to pay her dad 50 shekels of silver and marry her. That bothers me and I don’t understand how that rule is okay. I wouldn’t want to marry my rapist.
So many ppl ask why does God allow bad things to happen, a fallen world wheat and tares living together til he comes.
