  1. There are so many reasons why children revert to their coping mechanisms responding to distress. Sadly most people (myself included) have a family in conditions that are not exactly ideal for a child. Parents both working to ease financial strains, child in a child care facility – could create abandonment issues, home life is not harmonious, and then aside from obvious factors, we keep comparing ourselves and feel as though we are not good enough. Comparing to others is such a destructive acceptable way to prevent yourself from intuitively doing something with a sense of success. But of course most people do not love and accept themselves… Which delivers faith and with that you dont need to continually compare. You lead yourself.
    So many interesting points in this vid.
    Sadly Drs do mostly treat the illness rather than healing the wounds. A holistic approach can transform but time is what people think they dont have and yet they suffer for years, decades, their life time.

  2. “Anxiety is just future problem solving”. Very well said Joe, I can’t tell you how many times stressing out about something then coming up with different scenarios for solutions did just that
