Having gone through an eleven 11 level spinal fusion… T8 down to S1, I can truly say you have to hate the injury, love the rehab (over 2years at this stage), and tell yourself that the light at the end of the tunnel is not an oncoming train… you keep your chin up and accept that pain relief is necessary or you’ll go insane with the chronic pain…
