I'm thankful I've discovered your channel and can watch even your older episodes. I understand lust I've made progress with it but I constantly struggle with judgment. It's difficult for me to not judge others. I try to make myself aware of it but still I find myself thinking thoughts like "he's so full of it" while there talking .
