Classic example of a Hollywood burnout: Sex, coke and rock and roll. Hollywood was full of these sorts back in the 70s and 80. They either crashed and burned (Julia Phillips), died of heart attacks (Don Simpson) or lived long enough to tell the tale but completely lost touch with reality (Peters).
Tough Guy Hairdressers On Motorcycles….sounds like something Roger Corman could have cranked-out in 14 days on location at this guy's mom's salon….BLOCKBUSTER!!
I just read about him extensively in a book about Barbra Streisand. He became an amazing movie producer and credits Barbra for opening doors for him. They were together 8 years but never married. She found Jon to be very strong but with a dangerous personality. She felt protected from the Paparazzi and deluded fans when she was with him.
This guy's stories sound a little like Gianni Russo's. Some embellishment maybe? However, his resume is definitely stacked.

This definitely adds even more depth to Kevin Smith’s story lol
