  1. In my opinion, I think it’s a vicious cycle that people have a lot of trouble pulling themselves out of..They feel crappy/anxious/whatever and yes, exercise would definitely help it, but I think they’re so caught up in their present feeling/state of mind that they don’t even give it a real shot (maybe because they don’t know how much it’ll help?). Regular exercise is a must for me too—No matter how much I’m not feeling it prior.
    I have yet to regret a workout 💯
