Also egg whites are okay (Unless like me where I am allergic to the egg whites) now but the yolks are most fattening. Let's switch to drinking alcohol. Not good for the liver. Okay, got that..Wait wine is okay..no only red wine and no more than 1 glass a day. Are you certain this time? Don't forget we have so many planets in our solar system..oops we grew another..and another..now take away another..well we found something circulating or Solar system..not a planet..not a comet or meteor…hmm, not a moon to oddly shaped. Why do we look for Alien life form (E.T.) signals in the Universe and or Universes? We are not done searching our own planet. But we have MANY unexplained events happening and found in the past.. How can we carbon date something 32 million yrs ago that was recently found and yet we can not even figure out how an adapter was formed in a rock when there were no adapters back when the rock was formed? But we know how old the dang rock was?? I believe we are becoming dumbed…worst part..it is working! Can not even think anymore without google or Alexa, Siri..Science…Whatever you do…don't think for yourself..
