Mr.Joe, I'm a teen in middle school and I felt great compassion to the needy without expecting any thing in return. My family has more than enough than we need, I can't really go out to help, although I ask my mother if we can donate to poor people she says for us to "save our money" but she is my mother and I have to respect her decisions. But I know my good works can't save me. I used to think that if I just be a Christian I would go to Heaven. But your video reached me, when I was almost dead (spiritually) then I know my lord and saviour Jesus Christ saved me from sins and if I accept him and believe then I will go to Heaven, now I will go to Heaven. I can't wait to worship Jesus Christ with you in Heaven. Keep up the good work 👍😁✋🏾but also take some rest If you need it don't worry we won't be mad at you!
I feel terrible. I went to San Francisco with my family. There were homeless people everywhere. One man was trying to ask me for something and I quickly turned away in fear for my family which included my wife and three small children. I struggle with these types of situations as a Christian. Am I wrong for trying to keep my family safe?

So what is the source of the message we have pounded into us daily that we needn’t worry about the needy because their care is the responsibility of government agencies and programs, and so we must see that those agencies are funded and empowered to the highest degree possible? We have abdicated our responsibilities to secular powers to assuage our guilt. If you find something to be necessary but unpalatable, hire someone else to do it for you. Isn’t that the American Way? Look at their track record. What do they have to show for the hundreds of billions of dollars they take from us? Look at what the little neighborhood church around the corner can do with a dollar, or an hour of a volunteer’s time and effort. How does my tacit participation in this perversion stack up against my other sinful behavior? How much does it support the assertion of my hypocrisy, the number one criticism of so-called christians, people of faith, “religious people”; by non-believers, and cited as the reason they don’t choose to participate in it? We wonder why our witness seems to fall on deaf ears. Is it because their hearts are truly hardened, (and isn’t that a convenient dismissive and judgmental scorched-earth cop-out), or simply because they see us as people who don’t appear to practice what we preach, and they don’t see any reason to embrace something that appears so disingenuous? So with our own testimony sufficiently impeached, we can wash our hands and smugly walk away claiming “Truly Satan hath hardened thy heart, and for that may God damn you.“.
