if he hadn't. messed up and devoted too much work, early on, into building a shelter, he could have moved camp near the kill in 2 hours or less and had MUCH less risk of losing the meat to predators. All you need is a tent for the first month and then you can winterize that tent in a few hours, to the point that you dont need a fire inside of it at 0F, which they either never see or only see for 2-3 weeks, at the very most.
This dude is incredible im going back and repeating S6 of alone and watching the JRE with him. Dude cares about his kids and other kids. Even went to russia to build orphanages for the children. Dudes an inspiration and incredible outdoors man. Much love to both of you from upstate NY
Just seen Alone S6, Jordan was so good. No way anyone else was besting him. Dude didnt shed a single tear, hardly talked about missing family. Maybe one small segment
