I've been a hardcore Floyd fan for as long as I remember, but I can't even begin to say how much i loathe this man now. He has sided with complete villains in every political conflict in the world and he is completely unable to see the irony of his support for totalitarianism, while he's bashing western leaders and capitalism, which is what has given him exactly every privelege he has in his life. Not to mention how he grew up far from poor and became a millionaire in his twenties and still has the audacity to speak on behalf of poor people all over the world. He is the most obvious example of a champagne communist I have ever seen.
And don't get me started on his utter disrespect for his old bandmates, constantly trying to downplay their contributions. Yes, he wrote most of those songs. But they would be absolutely nothing without the musicianship of David, Rick and Nick. A musicianship that Roger was never even close to.
