I believe the reference to , those that are last shall be first and the first last, speaks of the fact that God chose the jews to be his children , but they rejected Jesus, leaving the born again church to rule and reign with him . The jews were first , but now their redemption spoken of in the book of revelation is last. We the church are raptured making us first fruits, then the Father deals with the jews.. The parable of the banquet the King throws , he invites his chosen but they reject his offer so the servents are told to go into the highways and byways for the guests .I believe the later is the church .

Just about to start Great Commission III. Loved #1 and #2. Acts of Andrew and Mathias- City of the Man Eaters has been my favourite so far. Brought me to tears when Andrew saw what his suffering had produced. HalleluYAH, just beautiful. Goes to show that our suffering in this world may be for the benefit of others.
