i do believe "Cosmic Rays" have a HUGE SIGNIFICANT Impact on Evolution. Check out "Solar Particle Forcing" it's a mechanism that helps better understand the RELATIONSHIP Earth has with it's STAR. Cosmic Rays will be Catalysts to Cloud Development, Rain, Snow, Hail, Seismic activity in EarthQuakes and Volcanic activity and then these "CR"(s) will even MUTATE DNA !!!! Cause of Periodic Evolution? A "Mini-Nova" that occurs every 10k-12k yrs!!
