Well as a person who is not a scientist I would just like to state that the wind is definitely layers. I have seen days where there was no wind at all on the ground, but the clouds are rapidly moving, and I have seen days where the wind is blowing tress in 1 direction and the clouds are moving in the opposite direction. Might be how tornados are formed, I have no idea we don't really get those on the West Coast much if at all. I also have a video of something in the sky, not moving, and spinning lol. I would guess it was a metallic balloon, looked like an S or something but it was very hard to see and focus on as it was very high up but I did get a few seconds of focus and it looked like an S or a 5 or a 2 or something which would make sense if it came from a car lot or something. I am just saying that imo, it is very possible for things to get suspended in the air in the right conditions. If you have wind on the ground going west, and wind in the air going east, I would think there is a sweet spot that could suspend an object.
Has anyone seen these crazy phenomenons in,Australia???? Man,, I've seen some crazy lights at weird hours of the day as a farmer. The best one,, has to be the 5 green lights ,, 5am, on the tractor ,, these identical green dots,, then they got closer, and closer,, and became huge – bright green lights, I was so perplexed,, o stopped the tractor… I swear on my mother's grave,, these lights were so identical, they moved up,, and down, rapidly,, I mean fast as f,,, then they all dipped down,, went up,, and sideways so fast, then they all darted off like a speeding bullet straight away towards the milky way. I promise,, am not making this up. this was in about 2001
