  1. "Restoring Economic Confidence" Rich people need less money and the average worker should be paid well. There's too much acceptance of this idea "If you're the boss, you don't do much more and get shit tons of money compared to you employees". Heads of companies should definitely get more money, but not the 1100% percent more (which is the last difference I was aware of). I think this is bad and the money should be spread among all those who participate; fairly.

I believe there should be some limit on CEO/heads-of-companies income, compared to their lowest-paid employee. This would solve the problem of minimum-wage being used as this way of paying employees a little amount, but they can't complain because it's not illegal to pay someone this low. Notice; Minimum wage isn't used as a fairness to poor people, it's used as an abuse to poor people. It's used as the bare-minimum a company can pay, without the government having to get involved.

So, instead of companies having to pay what they think is fair for the position, they get a fancy number that allows them to pay far less than what would be fair. While, that may seem like they won't be able to hire adequate staff, that doesn't matter. This behavior is so ubiquitous among companies that almost every half-decent job is now minimum wage, with the company claiming because all of these regulations they can't pay well anymore. All the while the CEO/Heads/Higher-ups are paid significantly better – grossly better – than the average position.

The insane level of selfishness needs a cap. Spread the wealth to the people. ONE person does not make an economy it needs a village.
