I needed this
A conclusion of a nihilist. The guy had a traumatic even in his life that made him cherish his time on earth and focus on not wasting it. For the reason that he views this life as the only existence he has so he can’t waste it. Unlike the Muslim Dagestani fighters, they are strict because they believe in the hereafter. In Islam we call the world the prison of the believer and the heaven for the disbeliever.
Quran:
وَمَا ٱلْحَيَوٰةُ ٱلدُّنْيَآ إِلَّا مَتَـٰعُ ٱلْغُرُورِ 3:185
Translation
whereas the life of this world is no more than the delusion of enjoyment. 3:185
it has actually been shown that people who are outcome independent (not caring if you win or lose/not caring abt being perfect) do actually perform better than those who care a lot
