  1. Best way to cook a steak is how u like to eat it! For me I like Reverse sear on my Yoder Smoker, I plan on doing the 24hr salt dry brine in the fridge (salt both sides on elevated grate uncovered) next if i can find a Tomahawk Ribeye without the quarantine mark up! I've done a whole tenderloin that was amazing.
