Basically all Princes are indifferent to good or evil. Very mild temperament and helpful for insight. Just always come from a place of respect and reverence as opposed to control and commanding.
The part of making stills run and brings back runaways is referencing to bindings… brings back a runaway is bringing back an ex lover for example and vice versa.
