Early christians were taught by the Holy Spirit but since the worldly leaders captured the church in the 3rd century the Holy Spirit has been banished. 21st century christians pay lip service to the Holy Spirit but reject the concept that anything other than what is written in the Bible can be taught to them. The world has moved on since the time of Jesus with intellect and capability of understanding having developed from those primitive times. Heaven is still waiting for humans to open their minds to the unseen world and receive enlightenment about all those things held as mysterious or miraculous which cannot be grasped from words written and mistranslated from 2000 years ago.
