If Henry wins the 145 strap and defends it once I’ll give him GOAT status…even though he wouldn’t have the super long run against all contenders like Bones, GSP, Silva, and Mighty Mouse…winning AND defending in 3 divisions trumps that.
Honestly he's the best one to leave but he should've stayed another 3 fights

Man say what you want about his personality, there is no denying this dude is a world class competitor and all time great. A 2 division champion and Olympic gold medalist and still wants to fight in a third weight class is the stuff of legend. Volk is a monster but how could anyone ever count Henry out versus anyone. I really hope they give him that fight, he’s deserved it.
