I'm actually with the WHO on this one because people confused the meaning of "Asymptomatic" with "Presymptomatic". The WHO released another statement clarifying this after people freaked out. Actually, what the WHO says is that there have been extremely few verified covid diagnoses in asymptomatic people so it's even more rare to verify transmission from an asymptomatic person. But that doesn't mean you don't take precautions or wear masks. A sick person doesn't have to look like they're dying. The only way to prevent transmission is to assume everyone is a carrier, that's why you wear the mask and keep a safe distance. You don't just avoid people who cough or hope they stay at home.
