I have lived on the Mississippi Gulf Coast my entire life, 66 years. I've seen a few hurricanes. My seat-of-the-pants evaluation is, they are neither stronger nor more frequent. I live less than 1/4 of a mile from the Mississippi Sound. I monitor the weather closely during the late summer months, as do most responsible people from hurricane-prone areas of the USA. I believe my observations coincide with Mr. Lomborg's.
