2 endorsment and sponsorship deals should be negotiated between the fighters and the brands directly.
3 fighters are considered billboards while the UFC is cashing the checks…….and if im not mistaken UFC is the only league where athletes ( fighters) have no word in choosing their gear or the fabric of their apparel and merchandise.
fighters need to be paid more to an extent, you don't want to pay them so much that they all retire after a few wins, still, if a fighter wants more money then they know what to do, they do things that make them more entertaining, at the end of the day they're entertainers, the most entertaining fighters get more opportunities in the ufc and elswhere and post-ufc career, lame fighters should get lame paydays
the main thing is providing everything each fighter needs, if you fight in the ufc long enough then you should get the best care and access to the best care post ufc career, hall of famers should get everything, all access to facilities and events for free
