Stem cells don’t work for stenotic lesions of the spine. He probably still has some spinal stenosis, which is a blood flow problem. That’s why his legs get weak after a certain period of time. After you sit down, the anterior posterior diameter of the spine increases there by allowing more blood flow.people with spinal stenosis don’t hurt when they’re seated or sleeping
