Wow! 😂 I started thinking that my father must be a Chinese then. I would fly home twice a year just to sit with him for 5 minutes and oh man… he could come up with everything’s wrong with my face. 😂

That bit about never being good enough is the toughest one for me. My Chinese immigrant parents wanted absolute obedience but even you did obey them they will always find fault somehow. Damned if you do. Damned if you don't.
I think people are all messed up that’s why take it all with a grain of salt
It’s all cultural to get offended . Telling people they are getting fat is helpful having a false self image is damaging as well when you get diabetes or heart disease.
