With the 2024 Paris Olympics round the corner I felt it was important to remember the 1924 Paris Olympics where Eric Liddell a Christian runner stunned the world when he made the decision to withdraw from his favourite race the 100M sprint because he didn’t want to compete on a Sunday. Joe Kirby from Off the Kirb Ministries also explores Eric Liddell’s life and how he also gave up being an athlete to become a missionary for Jesus.

Loved the video brother. But if you're open to a suggestion….I'd used a different image for the screen shot. Doesn't represent the video well in my opinion. Keep up the great work though!!
Someone just prayed
Jesus is Lord
I feel like that man who left his homeland (MINE WAS THE USA) for a 3rd world country. I remember early on the journey asking why and GOD kept showing me how I needed to be stripped down of the comforts I had relied on too long. Simplicity is the key that unlocks the door, the pace I was running in AMERICA was unsustainable. LIFE here is simple. GOD BLESS EVERYONE. JESUS IS COMING…
He did run on the sabbath , but didn’t run on sundays , ah bit odd I would say.
