I was snorting around 10 grams a day at my worst, for a few months…..before I started intramuscular injections 😑🙄 FUCKKK my nose hurt so bad towards the last days of nasal use. I remember blowing my nose, and shined a flashlight up…..and saw a pinhole of light……asked my girlfriend to confirm and sure enough…..had a hole through my septum.
10 years later (haven't done K In at least 3, and a few times the years before ♥) the hole is as big as a cigarette. They never heal, only get bigger, without surgery or plug.
