Meaning that if God's law is for an angel to move Sun and another angel to move Moon westward through empty space, His law would imply that the angels stopped still in midspace to provide the miracle.
Or again, if God's law is for Himself to move ether Westward each day and for angels to move Sun Eastward full circle round ether each year, and Moon full circle Eastward, somewhat less time than each month, then God's law would be providing the possibility for God stopping the ether (God obeyed Joshua) AND Sun and Moon being stopped in ether by their angels too (stood still in their habitation, Habacuc 3:11).
Nothing says that the laws within which God works limit causalities to the ones studied in physics.
