Why they say if you lose weight unnaturally it comes back twice as more
See this is why weight classes are kind of stupid because Sean should be fighting at his natural weight class at 155lbs, not nearly killing himself to get to 135lbs. Firstly its really unhealthy, secondly it's kind of cheap or something that he's fighting guys who are naturally a lot smaller, and its stupid to even make him cut weight if that's not the competition day weight and they can refeed and gain back 10-15lbs of mass pretty quickly. I hope one day the UFC figures out that weight cutting is really pointless and the divisions would be a lot more interesting and the fighters would be a lot more healthy if they let them compete at their natural healthy weight. They are too stiff in their thinking and overly concerned with numbers instead of good fights. I can't believe the ufc just allows their fighters to degrade/tax their bodies so much before such important fights, plus a guy who is 5'11 in a Bantamweight is enormous and towers over guys almost unfairly. No wonder he looks like a crackhead always cutting weight to that level for every fight—can't be healthy to drop that much weight. And he's likely healthiest at 160-175lb–imagine how much of a tank he would be if he hit the calories instead of cutting them all the time.
After walking around at 200lbs and cutting to compete at 160lbs… i will say I don’t give a shit what I eat now, I’m going to be happy. 🤷♂️
And just to lose to chito LMFAOO
