I know your right and I'm wrong but, with the email response thing choice of answer and "they want you to do this and that" stated. I can't help but think that the longer we see it as a quick 'I'm in a hurry' and choose one over a self composed response the better. If we then slip to laziness over time and with the learner coming through may think this is accepted etiquette. Like I said I know your right and I'm wrong. What i'm also saying can be applied to many of the little bits that make the bigger change. The bigger the plan the more likely things dont turn out as expected. Things like an underestimate of the resilience and determination and the creativity of the human being. We could so kick their buts.
