I was wondering if you have a reference for the letter from Albert Pike. I can't find it anywhere in photocopy form…. which doesn't necessarily disprove it's existence, but the language used it (particularly "Nazism") seems to point to it being falsified. Best I can tell thus far is that that term was a derogatory name and not one that accurately named or represented what Pike was talking about, especially in 1871. Thanks so much!
