Like MK said in the comments deacons are allowed to have a little wine. 1 Timothy 3:8 KJV
Likewise must the deacons be grave, not doubletongued, not given to much wine, not greedy of filthy lucre.
So are you saying that this limitation is referring to some Welch's grape juice. According to the logic presented here preachers can't have any juice but the deacon can have a little bit. We have to do better than this, it doesn't make any sense.
It's not the drinking. It's the actions your capable of when you are.

The scriptures he's referencing do not sound like drinking wine is a sin or dont drink it. Sounds like somt drink much, don't get addicted.
Matthew 27:34. They gave him SOUR WINE mixed with DEEP PHLEGM. That is why he wouldn't drink it. The Bible does NOT say he wouldn't drinkit because it was alcohol.
