People have a hard time in this field and are frustrated with it because it is the most challenging occupation in the world. And, yea, you make big loot when you have solid STEM education. But real engineering starts with octagonal polynomials and Calculus IV. Are you prepared? They are going to blow your hair back inside of three weeks. You'll be looking for a tutor in now time. Black, White, Chinese, Indian and everybody that can do it are competing. There is no racism. There is only skill and not having the skill.
