Say, does anyone know if anyone else has confirmed this discovery? I wonder, what can I do to confirm this? I wish our educational systems were better equipped, making your Average Joe able to validate this shiza
Interesting conversation just like usual on Joe Rogan, as he’s 99% of guests have interesting thought provoking content..(sorry, my point).. I get what he’s saying regarding the lab mice & that if most of them, used for testing etc are coming from the same sources. Then your results are going to flawed just alone by that 1 factor. But my main question is, to me it’s never made much sense why anything like drugs, well, usually are all tested for humans on a completely different species, like mice.. I’ve never understood that logic.
(Folks can verbally hammer me in the comments section as much as they wish. I rlly don’t care, TBH..) bc even as far back as being a teenager in high school, I’d often Q the bioblogy teacher abt this very topic. Why are lab scientists testing stuff for human consumption on animals, esp rodents, when it’d be way more logical & the results would be way more accurate if they used other humans to test things which are meant for their fellow humans consumption?? I’d often get some lame reply or more often than not,be told that there are folks who volunteer to take par in clinical trials. There are in fact many & just like those kind folks who often donate their blood or their plasma to help to 1 day save someone’s life.. Which I do applaud & I’m very grateful bc I, myself have had to be given more than 1 blood donation, during surgeries..(which, obv for personal reasons I’m not disclosing)
But my point, yet again, isn’t abt blood, plasma, or clinical trials, for new drugs that big Pharma wanna bring out.. NO.. Why are any of these tests for ANYTHING NEW, used primarily for human consumption, NOT BEING TESTED on other humans?? (I mean, just think of how many folk
s there are on “death row” across even the USA. Wouldn’t it make so much more sense to test new drugs/treatments/etc on these other actual humans? Who, let’s be brutal abt it for 1 minute & say, what’s TRUE..Most/IF NOT ALL are on death row bc they ended the live/s of other fellow hukmôkman beings. Plus, they’re just sitting there waiting for “that death date” anyways? They could at least be used for something way more useful to society, by being used for drug/treatment testing, than just sitting their idols? (I know there’s gonna be those harping on abt human rights,, but in all honesty I think they gave them up when they did what they did to end up where they are now!! Seriously, it makes way more sense & the results would speak volumes. At least this way they would rlly be repaying their debt to their victims & to society overall.. That’s what I’d call true justice.. ⚖️⚖️

This is such an important problem, but more than three years later, this and another JRE episode with Eric Weinstein, I haven't heard anyone else talk about this.
