Rob, I don't think it was meant from the Jasher reading that Adam & Eve waited 130 years to come together again to conceive Seth. you read the passage as, "In the 130th year of Adam . . ." which, to me just says that Adam was 130 years old when Eve conceived Seth; not necessarily that 130 years passed between conceptions of Able and Seth.
